What is a Written Agreement?

A Written Agreement is a required document for Article 27 and Swiss FADP compliance. When you sign up, you can download your Written Agreement instantly.

What is a Record of Processing document (ROPA)?

A Record of Processing document (ROPA) is required for Article 27 and Swiss FADP compliance. GDPRLocal will hold a copy of your ROPA and provide a template ROPA if needed.

What free templates does GDPRLocal provide?

GDPRLocal provides the following template documents free of charge:
