Important – data transfers outside of the EU
If you transfer data outside of the EU, you now need to ensure that you have completed a risk assessment in addition to the Standard Contractual Clauses you should already have in place.
The rules on data transfer changed at the end of July, which means action must be taken now. To help you get this done quickly, we’ve produced a standard risk assessment template you can use. The template is simple and any help you need will be given for free for GDPRlocal subscribers.
