ICO FEE – EXEMPTION OPTIONS
There are many reasons why you may not need to register with the ICO and pat the £4000 fee. If you have setup a new company, your company is dormant, or even if you trade but only collect data for your core business process you might just be exempt. They are certain companies that always seem to have to pay such as anyone involved in property, consultants, advertising agencies etc… but many are exempt. To check please call or take our quick check test at: ICO Registration Quiz
Don’t forget that if YOU need to pay then make sure you do this before your deadline. Be careful and avoid scammers – just click the following link to make sure you go to the ICO official page at: ICO FEE
One word of caution, even if you don’t need to pay the ICO fee you will need to meet GDPR rules. Pretty much any company that collects, stores, or processes personal data means you almost definitely need to complete your data protection GDPR policies and procedures. We can help with these. Take a look at our low-cost packs and subscriptions at: Low Cost GDPR
Good luck all.
