Who we are
GDPRLocal's project delivery service is built for organisations that need a defined, well-managed engagement rather than open-ended advisory support: a governance framework built from scratch, a compliance programme audit, a remediation exercise, or a one-off assurance review. Each project is led by a dedicated GDPRLocal representative, supported by a team assembled around the specific demands of the engagement, so you get the right expertise at the right time without having to manage the resourcing yourself.
What we do
Project Services are discrete, defined-scope engagements delivered against a written statement of work agreed before work begins, covering the deliverables, timeline, fee model and acceptance criteria for the project. Typical engagements include governance framework builds, compliance programme support and audits, remediation projects, training and AI governance expertise delivered on a project basis. As with our consultancy services, GDPRLocal's role is advisory and supportive, but in these cases we will take responsibility for delivery of your compliance assets. We will build the policy and procedure frameworks, supporting documentation, guides and recommendations, and help ensure you understand how to implement, however with the peace of mind that your organisation retains ownership of implementing and operating them going forward.
Wie es funktioniert
We begin by agreeing the project scope in writing, covering deliverables, timeline, appointed project manager and fee model, whether fixed, milestone-based, or hourly. Your dedicated GDPRLocal person then delivers the project against that agreed plan, providing periodic progress updates and flagging any scope changes as they arise, before conducting a formal handover of the finished outputs on completion. Any work identified beyond the original scope, such as a change in territorial or organisational scope, an additional workstream or an extended technical requirement, will be raised with you and costed before it begins, keeping the project transparent and on budget from kick-off to handover.
