GDPRLocal's AI Governance service, AIGo, supports organisations building or maturing their approach to responsible AI use and AI regulatory compliance, whatever industry they operate in. As AI regulation and best practice continue to evolve rapidly, our team provides the structured, ongoing guidance organisations need to govern their AI systems responsibly, without requiring you to build that specialist capability in-house from scratch.
Qué hacemos
AIGo provides high-level support and guidance across four core pillars: AI governance and accountability, including policy direction and the assignment of roles and responsibilities; AI risk management, including tailored risk assessment methodologies, AI risk and impact assessments, and third-party and incident management processes; ethics and transparency, including responsible AI development guidance and AI literacy training requirements; and continuous monitoring and improvement, including ongoing oversight of your AI Management System (AIMS) throughout the AI lifecycle. GDPRLocal is not in a position to support technical implementation and we respect the fact that the roles of AI Risk Owner or AI Incident Owner are best managed as in-house roles.
Cómo funciona
The service is delivered through monthly coordination meetings with your nominated contact, where we review progress, agree priorities and confirm the deliverables to be produced that month, alongside ongoing access to GDPRLocal's Compliance Hub portal and all associated documentation. Across the engagement, we work with your team to build out your AIMS, complete risk and impact assessments, review your AI compliance documentation, and provide ad hoc support by email or video call as needed. We will support your organisation in the operation and adoption of your AI Management System and provides the structured, expert guidance to ensure you meet your strategic governance and compliance goals.
