GDPRLocal's consultancy service gives organisations direct access to experienced data protection practitioners for advisory support that goes beyond a single statutory role. We work with businesses across every sector and stage of maturity, from organisations building a data protection programme for the first time to established teams that need specialist capacity for a defined piece of work or ongoing advisory bandwidth. Our consultants combine practical, commercially-minded advice with deep regulatory knowledge, so you get guidance that is accurate and usable.
Qué hacemos
Our consultancy service covers the full breadth of data protection advisory work, including compliance assessments, policy and procedure drafting, data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), legitimate interest assessments (LIAs), remediation support, and general ad-hoc advisory queries as they arise. Engagements are delivered in one of two ways: as a fixed-price consultancy project covering a defined set of deliverables, or as rolling consultancy providing an ongoing monthly number of hours you can use as you need. In both models, GDPRLocal provide expert advice and guidance while your organisation retains responsibility for adopting and operating them.
Cómo funciona
Every consultancy engagement starts with agreeing the scope, timescales and approach, whether that's a specific deliverable and associated fee structure or a monthly hour commitment for rolling-consultancy, so both sides know exactly what's included from day one. From there, we deliver against that agreed scope, providing regular advice, recommendations and progress updates. If you choose our rolling consultancy option you will have an agreed number of hours available for use across whatever compliance priorities arise that month. If a request falls outside the agreed scope, we will discuss it with you and provide a cost estimate before any additional work begins, so there are never any surprises on your invoice.
