The GDPRLocal Master Service Agreement and additional Terms herein govern our products, services and customer relationships.
There are no requirements to purchase services. No credit card needed to sign up, and once registered services may be purchased and activated at any time.
This Rate Card applies to core services and additional support requests, provided under the GDPRLocal Master Services Agreement. All rates are exclusive of VAT and any applicable taxes.
Fees for core services may be billed monthly or annually at the Customer’s election. Annual billing may be offered with a discount applied at invoicing; the Rate Card lists standard (non-discounted) subscription fees. Ad-Hoc and additional services are billed monthly in arrears.
DPO Services
Outsourced Data Protection Officer services delivered under Article 37 GDPR / UK GDPR, covering the statutory role, ongoing advisory access, and point of contact for supervisory authorities and data subjects.

Representative Services
Statutory representative appointments under Article 27 GDPR, UK GDPR, and Article 14 FADP, providing an in-jurisdiction point of contact for supervisory authorities and data subjects. Monthly fees are tiered by company size to reflect expected support levels, enquiry volume and record-keeping workload.

Ad-Hoc Fixed Consultancy and Task Requests (Catch all Hourly Rates)
Where a Customer’s needs fall outside the scope of a subscribed service, or additional support is requested on an ad-hoc basis, agreed work is billed by the hour at the rates below. Rates reflect the seniority and specialism of the resource engaged.
