There are no requirements to purchase services. No credit card needed to sign up, and once registered services may be purchased and activated at any time.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to improve how websites perform, and to provide information about user behaviour. Similar technologies (pixels, local storage, SDKs, tags) work in comparable ways. References to “cookies” in this Policy include these similar technologies.
Cookies set directly by GDPRLocal are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by third parties on our behalf or via embedded services are called third-party cookies.
We use cookies in four categories:
Required to deliver the website or portal that you have explicitly requested. They cannot be switched off. Examples include cookies that maintain your login session, route requests to the correct server, or remember your cookie preferences themselves.
Legal basis: Exempt from consent under PECR (the strict necessity exemption). Processing of any associated personal data relies on our legitimate interest in delivering the service you have asked for.
Enable enhanced functionality and personalisation. They may be set by us or by third parties whose services we have added to our pages. Examples include cookies that remember your language preference or recent activity.

Allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our website and portal. They help us understand which pages are most and least popular and how visitors move around. All information is aggregated and used to improve how our services work.

Used by us or our partners to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant content on our site and on third-party sites. They may also limit the number of times you see a particular item.

In line with ICO guidance, we describe and manage cookies at the category level rather than listing every individual cookie by name. The four categories in Section 2 are the operative definitions of what we set and why.
Your control over cookies is exercised through our Cookie Preference Centre, which lets you accept or reject each category. See Section 5.1 for how to access and use it.

The Preference Centre is the primary way to manage cookies on our website and portal. It is shown to you on your first visit (via the cookie banner) and is accessible from the footer thereafter. You can accept or reject each category, and withdraw or change your consent at any time.
Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will break parts of our website and portal. Guidance for current browsers is published by the browser providers and is more up to date than any list we could maintain here.
We respect Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where your browser sends them. Other “do not track” signals are not yet standardised and we do not currently respond to them.
